All PayPal (credit
card) cancellations will
incur a $25.00
administration charge.
Cancellations occurring
within 7 days will incur a
50 % charge of booked room
rate if not rebooked
to another
available date at
time of cancellation.
Cancellations occuring
within 72 hours will
incur a 75% charge of
booked room rate and 100%
if cancelled within 24
hours.

- Our dining room has
group and private party
tables
- There is a large
guest living room with
fireplace and satellite
TV available for your
use and a private side
porch for warm weather
use.
- We do allow
children and have a
large family bedroom
area in the 1878
portion of the house.
This allows us to close
the door between the 2
sections of the house
to ensure that guests
in the newer part of
the house have quiet
and privacy.
- Breakfast time is
negotiable up until a
9AM starting time
- In fairness to our
own 2 tabby cats, we do
not encourage guests to
bring their pet
